1. Program Description & Message Frequency

RS Machine Repair Inc. Mobile Alerts are designed to send automated emergency machinery breakdown updates, operational alerts, and equipment maintenance schedules directly to internal operators and authorized service contract clients. This system monitors mechanical equipment (including, but not limited to, Unit #2 Air Compressor). Message frequency varies based on equipment status, system failures, and scheduled operational maintenance intervals.

2. Cost & Program Fees

RS Machine Repair Inc. does not charge a fee to participate in this mobile alert program. However, standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier according to your wireless rate plan. Under no circumstances will RS Machine Repair Inc. or its affiliates be responsible for any text messaging or data charges incurred by you or any person who has access to your wireless device.

3. Opt-Out / Stop Instructions

You can cancel your subscription to this service at any time. To opt out, text STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to +18776118466. After sending the opt-out keyword, you will receive one final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed from our system. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive mobile alerts unless you initiate a new opt-in by texting YES.

5. Supported Carriers

This program is compatible with major US mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of information and messages to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of factors, including environmental interference, network conditions, or technical limitations.

6. Privacy and Data Security

RS Machine Repair Inc. respects your right to privacy. Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data are managed strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
